Hands on History는 총 4권으로 초등 고학년 및 중등 학생 대상의 세계사 리딩 교재입니다. 방대한 세계의 역사를 조목조목 다루고 있으며, 각 분권은 고대사, 중세사, 탐험기, 그리고 근대사로 나누어 설명하고 있습니다. 학습자들이 자칫 지루하게 느낄 수 있는 세계사를 쉽고 재미있는 이야기와 그림을 통해 학습할 수 있도록 구성하였고, 학교 중등 교과 과정에서 요구하는 지식들을 광범위하게 담고 있습니다. 또한 주제에 대한 친근감과 이해도를 높이기 위해 주요 인물에 대한 이야기를 중심으로 내용을 전달하고, 이를 통해 세계사를 다른 시각으로 공부할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다.
